ANZGOG, as part of its member education activities, is presenting an Education Webinar Series for ANZGOG members and others across the health sector. Chaired by two ANZGOG members, Professor Andreas Obermair and Associate Professor Tarek Meniawy these two webinars will be held on Wednesday 11 November 5.00pm - 6.30pm (AEDT) and Tuesday 1 December, 5.00pm - 6.30pm (AEDT).

Each Webinar will be 1.5 hours in duration and will be chaired alternately by either Tarek Meniawy or Andreas Obermair with the other as Co-chair.
Recent advances in ovarian cancer are resulting in a paradigm shift in management that is expected to see significant improvements in outcomes for women. A number of positive clinical trials have been reported for systemic therapies including targeted therapies such as PARP inhibitors surgical studies in first line and recurrent disease. The ovarian cancer webinar aims to provide an update on the latest developments in diagnosis and genetic testing, medical and surgical interventions, as well as follow-up. All health professionals involved in management of gynaecological cancers are encouraged to join this interactive two-part series for an opportunity to hear from experts in the field including a panel discussion after each webinar.
